"As a young boy growing up in Forestville, Maryland, my dad and I would get our hair cut at the local barbershop and my dad would trade stories with other customers and barbers. This left such fond memories for me that I wanted to make these memories come alive for others in the community.

I opened My Barber's Lounge in honor of my father. I want to help people make new memories that will not be long forgotten. I have constructed some of the nicest barbershops in Prince Georges County, where men and women can exchange stories while receiving excellent grooming services, where children look forward to coming for a haircut and everyone who comes enjoys their experience. My Barber's Lounge barbers are licensed, professional barbers who offer specialty cuts for men, women and children in a comfortable and relaxing environment.

As a part of the Prince George’s community, we are committed to support organizations such as Toys for Tots that strengthen the communities that we serve.  As the owner of My Barber's Lounge, I provide children the support they may need to stay in school and get that all important education as well as support for young entrepreneurs through my work with Boys Town of Washington, DC and the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE).

I am passionate about helping others become successful entrepreneurs.  That is why I work with NFTE and young, aspiring entrepreneurs and that is one of the reasons that I opened My Barber’s Lounge to assist the barbers in their entrepreneurial pursuits.
